About
I'm a Google Developer Expert based in Munich, focused on web performance and applied AI. I run AI-coding workshops across Europe — Career Launchpad is the one I built for IT students taking their first real steps into shipping AI-powered software.
Day to day I lead the Web Performance Intelligence team at Speed Kit. We combine RUM (Real User Monitoring) data with AI tools to monitor our customers' websites continuously, surface opportunities for product improvements, fix problems fast once we spot them, and make all of that data accessible to the customers themselves. These days my GDE talks and workshops lean more on how to leverage AI in real engineering work — sharing what's working and what isn't from my daily practice — and less on pure web performance, though I combine the two whenever the topics overlap.
What I work on
Production web performance with Speed Kit, agentic coding workflows (Claude Code as my daily driver, Vertex AI on Cloud Run for our triage agents, MCP for the plumbing), and the practical end of LLMs — how to ground them, how to spec for them, how to ship them. Most of my public talks live at the intersection of those three.
Why this workshop
Three years ago, building and deploying an AI-powered website in three hours wasn't possible for a student in any room. Today it is — but the skill that matters has shifted from "writing the code" to steering the AI: speccing well, picking the right tool, knowing when to trust an agent. This workshop is built around that shift. By the time you leave the room you'll have shipped a real product on the same stack professional teams use, and you'll have a feel for the workflow that produced it.
Stay in touch
The links above are the easiest paths. Workshops are more useful when the conversation continues after the room empties — drop a note, share what you built, ask follow-up questions.
