Workshop agenda

T 30 min

Theory & opening quiz

Vibe vs agentic coding, context, the spec → plan → execute → deploy pipeline, the AI-coding maturity ladder. Plus the room quiz that maps everyone's starting point. Slide-led by the instructor.

1 30 min

Setup

Redeem credits, create a project, enable APIs, install gcloud and Antigravity.

2 15 min

Research with NotebookLM

Open the workshop's NotebookLM and spend 15 minutes inside it. The notebook is the source corpus for the prompt-generation step that follows.

3 15 min

Spec with Gemini + NotebookLM

Run a 10-minute interview in the workshop Gem to produce a YAML brief, then paste it into NotebookLM to generate the Stitch design prompt and the Antigravity build prompt.

4 15 min

Design with Stitch

Sketch the layout and visual direction of your site before you write a line of code.

P 5 min

Group picture

Quick photo of the whole room before the break. Voluntary — opt out and step aside if you'd rather not be in the shot.

B 15 min

Break

Stretch, refill water, decompress. The build block ahead is the longest of the day — come back warm.

5 50 min

Build with Antigravity

Feed the spec and design into Antigravity and watch it generate the site agentically.

6 20 min

Deploy to Cloud Run

One command from local code to a public URL on Google Cloud's serverless container platform.

7 5 min

Wrap-up

Recap of what you built, plus next steps for going deeper on your own time.

F 5 min

Feedback

Five minutes of honest feedback on the workshop, before the closing quiz. Your input shapes the next session.

Q 5 min

Closing quiz

Same maturity ladder as the opening — see how far the room moved in three and a half hours. Slide-led by the instructor.

Bonus tracks

Self-paced, after the workshop. These take the live build and push it further.
